Elev8Web provides web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, website maintenance, and professional email setup services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed upon in writing between Elev8Web and the client before work commences.
2. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal. A deposit is required before work begins on any project. Final payment is due upon project completion and before the website goes live. Elev8Web reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed work until full payment has been received.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials may affect project timelines. The client warrants that all content provided does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website design and content created specifically for their project. Elev8Web retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elev8Web will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
